As a retail expert, I grew up in Macy's and was fortunate to meet people along the way who provided mentorship and incredible business experiences. Working in a large organization offered me the advantage of working with professionals who helped me hone my people and business skills. I've had the great fortune to work in many aspects of retail and see the industry from all sides.

They need outside help. They need my help.My purpose is to help companies grow their people, improve processes, and increase revenue—and I'm excellent at it. That's why I started Vitamin C Strategies. Whether it's a down-trending business or a tough service environment, I thrive on situations that other people walk away from. I've always been able to find ways to improve the business, the profit, and the customer experience.
